The hotel is a little jewel, with a smaller and more intimate atmosphere compared to other fancy palace hotels. The room was very nice, with a superb bathroom that even had a life-changing toilet. We felt safe with armed guards around, and the absence of tourists in the smaller lobby was a plus. The service was excellent, with everyone knowing our name, and the bar was a super nice little spot. My wife enjoyed the workout facilities every morning. The concierge were great too secure a difficult-to-get dinner reservation for our anniversary. The hotel itself is beautiful and detailed, taking you back to another era of luxury. The rooms are spacious and full of every imaginable detail. The bathrooms are fantastic, with heated floors, Japanese toilets, and a great rain shower with good water pressure. The staff was perfect, friendly, and always brought sunshine to our day.

Luxurious amenities were fulfilled and our every need was met at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a variety of treatments available. the Indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing. the Turkish bath and Sauna were both very therapeutic.
We experienced minor issues with the service at the restaurant. this was quickly addressed and rectified by the waitstaff.
